1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the production or shipping process. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. To be eligible:

You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging and tags.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or non-quality-related reasons.

Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to change of mind or non-defective reasons, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Company-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

No restocking fees will be applied to any approved returns.
4. Important Product Notes

Color Variation: T-shirt colors may vary slightly after washing due to fabric dye characteristics. Please note that actual colors might differ from screen images.

Pre-Shipment Inspection: All orders undergo quality checks before dispatch to ensure accuracy and condition.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
